I knew writing was what I wanted to do from the time I was a kid. I know that since I’ve been writing as my full-time vocation I’ve been happier than in any other job I’ve worked at. But why do I love writing?

The question came up in an online forum I am a part of, and it prompted me to put some thought into the “why” of what I know to be true: I love to write!

I love being a full-time writer, and here are just a few of the reasons: I have the freedom to pursue any topic, uncover a hidden story, make known important facts, get the words just right, bring knowledge to the people, help solve a problem, set my own hours, be paid for doing what I love, and so much more! Being a writer is UNLIMITED!
